Gearcase Rebuilding

With over 40 years of experience rebuilding "extruder" gearcases, Texas Extrusion Service, Inc. has become one of the most respected after market rebuilders in operation today. Gearcases are typically disassembled and evaluated the day they arrive with quotations for repairs presented for customer approval the very next day. 3-4 day turnaround times are the norm rather than the exception. We stock most thrust bearings and can have bearings not in stock shipped overnight in most cases. All gearcases are test run for a minimum of four hours prior to shipping and are backed by a full one year warranty.

In cases where new gears are required, we can provide replacement gears generally within a few weeks time. We can also offer gear ratio changes, and custom oil cooling systems.
